Nestled in a peaceful yet central location in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Number One is a beautifully renovated three-storey townhouse designed to offer comfort and convenience for up to eight guests.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious lounge with cozy seating for eight adults, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining area also accommodates eight, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The property features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

Two king-sized rooms, each with a private en-suite shower room.

Two twin bedrooms, located next to the house bathroom, which includes a full-sized bath.

(The larger twin can be configured as a king-size bed on request.)

With the exception of the small twin, all bedrooms feature large-screen smart TVs with complimentary Netflix. Fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected.

Step outside to a sunny, private outdoor space – perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening drinks. For our four-legged guests, the house is dog-friendly subject to Pet Policies . A short walk takes you to a pleasant, grassed dog-walking area around the cemetery, leading to the tranquil Peasholm Park.

Scarborough's attractions are all within easy reach, with the beach, town centre, and dog-friendly eateries just a 10–15 minute walk away. For foodies who love cooking, your host Jacqui is happy to recommend the best local spots to pick up fresh, high-quality ingredients.
