The House       

Number One is a three storey town house that is centrally yet quietly located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England.

The ground floor is single level with lounge seating to accommodate eight adults comfortably. The  dining table also seats eight and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a great meal at home. There are 4 bedrooms, the two king rooms have ensuite shower rooms. There are two twin bedrooms adjacent to the house bathroom which has a full size bath. The larger twin room can be presented as a twin or with a king size bed. With the exception of the small twin, all bedrooms have a large screen TV with complimentary Netflix. There is fibre WiFi throughout the house. With a sunny outside space, there's plenty of room for everyone!

The house is dog friendly although they are not allowed upstairs. There is a pleasant grassed dog walk around the outside of the  cemetery at the end of the street that leads to Peasholm Park.

The beach, town center and dog-friendly eateries are within a 10-15 minute walk. For those who prefer to cook at Number One, Jacqui will direct you to the perfect places to purchase fabulous, fresh local fayre.

Jacqui & David are always available to share details of great places to visit during your stay.  There's a surf school, a waterpark with stand up paddle boarding and giant inflatables, skateboard park, Sealife Centre, Castle and much more. Alternatively you can take a drive to 'Heartbeat Country' or 'Bangers & Cash' where you might even meet some of the cast.
