Stayed as a family of 5, plus dog. Fabulous property in a great location. Finished to a high standard and equipped with everything you could need. Bedroom layouts well considered and furnished, excellent bathrooms throughout. Parked 2 cars right outside the property with no issues using the provided permits. Five minute walk to North Bay, 20 minutes to Sea Life, 10 minutes into town centre. Loved our stay, especially the complimentary biscuits and cake, very nice touch. We will hopefully be back again soon, thanks Jacqui.

Our stay at this lovely property was wonderful. The home was immaculately presented, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The high standard of the finish was evident throughout, and there were ample facilities for everyone to get ready and shower comfortably.

The backyard was a delightful sun trap and a perfect spot for relaxing. The location was excellent, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a quick 5-minute drive to the more active parts of Scarborough.

Jacqui was incredibly communicative and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect before and during our stay. She provided clear instructions about the property, which made our visit seamless.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. If we ever visit Scarborough again, we will certainly choose to stay here.

What a great find! We loved the bedrooms and en-suites, the beds were super comfy, the showers lovely and powerful. Even the towels were great quality.

Jacqui provided parking permits which made life so easy-we were able to walk to the beach and park.

The welcome pack was very thoughtful, and the emergency toiletries very handy! (Thank you!)
